Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Excellent experience, from beginning to end. Especially need to mention the phenomenal attitude and helpfulness from Kevin, the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport after midnight. We were exhausted, and having someone cheerful with such a kind and bright personality was literally the best. Keep in mind, the shuttle driver is the first face, the first impression of the hotel and he made an EXCELLENT first impression!

Everything was wonderful. Huge shout out to my shuttle driver Kevin. He was very friendly and courteous. After a long day of traveling, his friendly smile and banter was very refreshing after a stressful day. Thank you Kevin!

I had the most pleasant experience in this hotel. The staff are all very helpful and kind. But the front desk host Alexis, wow… I watched this young lady handle a very rude and hostile with such grace I was beyond impress. This young lady made a difference in my entire day, her ability to stay calm and gentle made me believe and truly see what icustomer service and satisfaction is all about. Again, everyone, the gentlemen who provide airport transfer were extremely kind and helpful, even the housekeeping staff were friendly and whenever I passed them greeted me with a good morning and good evening… this hotel made such a pleasant experience that I needed and wanted to stay longer. Highly recommend.

Has its own shuttle to MCO airport and is so clean. Loved everyone who worked here and is staffed 24/7. Has breakfast, coffee, and even beer and wine in the lobby. Great selection of snacks to buy in lobby as well. Lots of restaurants walking distance, I recommend potbelly and longhorn

This is one of the Best Hilton hotel we have stayed at. The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was really good (never said that before). The room was super clean and spacious. Definitely worth all 5 stars. Shuttle staff was really nice also. We would stay here again 100%!!!!! Great to have a basketball court and a pool for the G-son.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks largely to the outstanding front desk staff. When no two-bedroom rooms were available, they quickly found a thoughtful solution that worked perfectly for our family. When the shuttle was busy, they even arranged and paid for a Lyft to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced. Every front desk clerk (big shout out to Emily) we interacted with—both before and after our cruise—was professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service all around.

This hotel was super clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the airport shuttle - which was an Uber the hotel paid for and sent for us! We felt very taken care of! The lobby was comfortable which turned out to be important since we had an unexpected travel glitch and had to kill over an hour there as we figured out our next move. Juan was really friendly, took and stored our luggage for us, and didn't mind our extended forced "lobby lounging" situation. The location is close to the airport, and with their free shuttle back and forth makes it really handy. I wish I could give 4.5 stars just based on no stores nearby and the strange hot breakfast items. There wasn't a store we could safely walk to, although there were a couple of casual restaurants. The yogurt, perfect oatmeal, bagels with cream cheese, and cereal provided several ways to get a balanced breakfast. The coffee station was clean, well-stocked, and the coffee was good. BUT - and this is the chain because other Homewood Suites have the exact same thing - the hot food did not appear edible to me. In place of a cheese omelette they have "Denver omelettes" which just looked awful with little red and green bits in it. I know what a Denver omelette is and they're not awful but somehow these pre-made "canned" ones all sitting there, exactly alike, but with red and green squares of vegetable thrown in, it really just looked too much like garbage. In place of link or patty sausage they have chicken sausage patties. The patties looked super limp and floppy. Maybe they're supposed to look that way because they're chicken, or maybe they're not cooked all the way, because who knows what large flat chicken sausage patties are supposed to look like? The breakfast potatoes had SO much seasoning on them they looked more like a cooked salad with potatoes added. (That was it, just those 3 hot food options. I *think* they had a waffle maker station but I'm not sure.) I saw lots of people opening those hot food options just to look at them and close them again without taking the food. Seemed like such a waste. This is a small complaint and not worth docking it a whole star. I wish I could dock it just 1/2. And I know this is a chain thing because we stayed at another similar Hilton property a few days later and the hot food was exactly the same.

Yhe night manager was awesome. She assisted us when the guest above us was loud with children being disruptive at 1 am in the morning. The room was wonderful location great and breakfast was very good.
